Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Developing a sales strategy and engaging relevant stakeholders in its implementation
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients within the IoT, Cloud, Smart Home, and AI sectors.
- Present ITS’s full-stack development capabilities (embedded, cloud, web) to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to align technical solutions with client business goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT outsourcing or software development industry.
- Experience working with European and/or the North American (US) markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (C1 level).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
- Experience selling software development outsourcing or nearshoring services to Western European and/or US clients.
- Strong industry network and demonstrated ability to access key decision-makers.
- Knowledge of the Belarusian/Polish/ Ukrainian/ Russian languages is an advantage.
